Prior to starting Integrity Benefits Network,
Inc., Tim Sobolewski had accumulated more than 16 years of work
experience INSIDE the very industry he would eventually advise
about. This unique experience gives Tim and his clients a unique
advantage over many agents whose expertise is severely limited
by merely observing the insurance industry without having actually
experienced it. We possess the critical skills needed to understand
every facet of servicing a clients needs.
After graduating from Cuyahoga Community
College with an Associate’s
Degree in Business Management, he began his insurance career
by joining Mutual of Omaha in the capacity of a sales consultant.
In 1980, he began working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ohio
and over the next 15 years would work his way up through the
organization with various job titles that would prepare him for
understanding the group medical and related employee benefits
process. The majority of those working years were spent in the
marketing department where he worked as an account executive
servicing, consulting and strategizing with some of Northern
Ohio’s most prestigious public and private employers including:
The Cleveland Public School System, The Cleveland Plain Dealer,
Lincoln Electric, Cleveland Metroparks and the N.E. Ohio Sewer
District.
In 1995, Tim would join one of the area’s
largest financial agencies in Northeast Ohio to independently
advise corporations on employee benefits before establishing
Integrity Benefits Network, Inc. in 1997.
Tim resides in Brunswick, Ohio. He is actively involved in
his community and church.
